ibute is a software and AI studio built on a simple idea: senior-grade engineering shouldn't be locked behind geography, and the people you hire should be as open with you as your own team. We're warm to work with and ruthless about what reaches production.
Why we exist
We build software the way we'd want it built for us.
Most studios sell hours and disappear behind a wall of account managers. We wanted the opposite — a team you actually know, that tells you the truth, and that stays on the hook for what it ships. Everything below follows from that.

Where it started. ibute began in 2021 with a conviction our founder, Irfan Malik, had carried for over a decade: the best engineers are everywhere, but opportunity isn't. So we built a studio that pairs senior talent across Austin and Lahore — and answers to clients directly.
