Tell us what you're trying to solve.
A 30-minute conversation with our founder. No pitch, no sales team — just a real talk about whether we're the right people to build it with you.

You'll be talking to Irfan — not a sales team.
Irfan founded ibute on a simple belief: senior engineering talent shouldn't be locked behind geography. Eighteen years into his career, he still takes every first call himself — because the first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.

Is the call really free? What's the catch?
No catch. The call is genuinely free and there's no obligation to work with us after. If we're a fit we'll send a proposal in the days following; if we're not, we'll often point you to a team that is. We do this because the conversations themselves help us understand what teams are building, and the good fits more than pay for the rest.
What should I prepare before the call?
Not much. A 2–3 sentence description of the problem you're trying to solve, who feels it, and roughly when you'd want a solution live. If you have wireframes, an existing system, or a deck — great, share it ahead of time and we'll come read it. If you don't, that's also fine. The call works for "we have specs" and for "we have a vague feeling something's broken".
Do you sign NDAs before the call?
Yes — happily. Send yours over after booking and we'll counter-sign before the call. If you don't have one, we can send a mutual NDA that takes about two minutes to review. We sign NDAs with most clients, so this is routine for us.
What if my project is small, early-stage, or unclear?
That's the most useful kind of call to have. Small projects are some of our favorite work because the scope is tight and the impact is fast. For early-stage or unclear projects, the call is genuinely just to help you think — we've told plenty of founders to wait six months, or build it themselves first, when that was the honest answer.
Who else can join the call from my side?
Bring whoever you need to. Most calls are one or two people from your side. If you want technical, product, and business stakeholders all together, we can stretch the slot to 45 minutes — just reply to the confirmation email and we'll adjust.
