Process · How we work

A clear, accountable path from idea to production.

No mystery, no account-manager wall. One senior team, a fixed scope, a working demo every two weeks — and software you fully own at the end. Here's exactly how an engagement runs.

How we operate

Four rules that shape every engagement.

Process is only as good as the principles behind it. These four decide how we scope, who does the work, and what you walk away owning.

Senior people, start to finish

No bench of juniors learning on your budget. The people who scope your project are the ones who build it — small teams, high judgement, fewer hand-offs.

Transparency by default

You get the same repo, board and dashboards we do, plus a live demo every week. You hear the hard news early, while it's still cheap to fix.

You own everything

Code, repositories, infrastructure and IP are yours from day one. No lock-in, no proprietary black boxes — you could take it in-house tomorrow.

Fixed scope, honest trade-offs

We scope to a clear outcome and a range, not an open meter. When something has to give, we tell you the trade-off and let you make the call.

The process

Five phases, from first call to live.

Every project moves through the same five phases. The depth changes with the work; the transparency never does — you always know which phase you're in and what's next.

  1. 01

    Discover & Scope

We pin down the real problem, the users it affects and what success looks like. You leave this phase with a written scope, a fixed price range and a plan — not a vague promise.

  2. 02

    Design & Architect

We design the flows and the system behind them together — UX, data model, architecture and the AI approach where it fits. You sign off before a line of production code is written.

What you getPrototype, architecture, tech plan
    Typical duration1–3 weeks
  3. 03

    Build & Integrate

We build in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. Everything is reviewed, tested and integrated as we go — no big-bang reveal at the finish line.

  4. 04

    Launch

We ship to production with monitoring, documentation and a clean hand-over. We're on call through go-live, so the first real users meet a system we're watching closely.

    Optimize & Support

Every engagement includes a post-launch window to tune what we shipped against real usage. Most clients then move to a monthly retainer where we operate and keep iterating.

AI, with guardrails

We use AI to move faster — not to cut corners.

We build with modern AI-assisted development, and we keep current as the tools change. It means tighter timelines and lower cost. It does not mean unsupervised code reaching your users. Speed comes from the tooling; quality comes from senior engineers who own every decision.

Claude CodeCursor+ a kit we keep current

Senior-reviewed, always

AI drafts; a senior engineer owns. Every change is read, understood and reviewed by a human before it goes anywhere near your repo.

Tested and security-checked

The same bar applies whether a human or a tool wrote the first draft: automated tests, code review and security checks on every pull request.

Your code stays yours

We work in your repositories under your terms. You own every line — the tools are how we work, never a claim on what we build.

Your data isn’t training anyone

We use enterprise tooling configured so your code and data are not used to train third-party models. Confidentiality is set up before we start.

Ways to work together

Pick the shape that fits where you are.

Three common starting points. We scope every engagement to a fixed range in a free 30-minute consultation — no open-ended meters.

MVP build

Best for testing an idea fast

A focused, production-grade first version that proves the concept with real users — scoped tight so you learn quickly.

Best for scaling an in-house team

Senior engineers embedded into your team and workflow, operating as your own people — not an outsourced silo.
