Now in early access · Manufacturing ERP

The ERP your shop floor actually wants to use.

PartNexus is a custom-built ERP for manufacturers with multi-vendor subcontracting and multi-stage processing. Six modules instead of fifty. Native multi-hop. Mandatory quality gates. Real-time inventory across every vendor in your chain.

Why a built ERP

Your flow doesn't fit the generic ERP shaped hole.

Most ERPs were designed for clean, linear manufacturing. Precision parts don't work that way. They ping-pong between vendors, get held for inspection, and route differently per part. PartNexus was built around that reality.

Before PartNexus
  • Spreadsheets + WhatsApp.Parts go missing between vendors. Nobody trusts the inventory number.
  • SAP demos at $100k+.With months of consultant training, and you still need to bend your flow to fit.
  • Odoo with 23-step workarounds.Native subcontracting model gives up after one hop. The rest is macros.
  • Fake gate passes.Workarounds for vendor-to-vendor shipments that legacy ERPs can't model.
  • Quality as paperwork.Inspection PDFs in a folder somewhere, not blocking sales.
With PartNexus
  • One source of truth.Real-time 5-state inventory across warehouse, vendor and supplier locations.
  • Live in 4–6 weeks.Fixed-fee onboarding, no consultants, no per-seat licensing surprise.
  • Native multi-hop subcontracting.A single WO routes a part through any number of vendors without breaking the PO.
  • Virtual transfers. One click moves inventory vendor → vendor. No fake gate passes, no reconciliation.
  • Mandatory gate-in QIP.Parts can't be sold or moved until they pass inspection. Quality is architectural.
Features

Six modules. Every one earns its keep.

Smart Gate Pass

Three intent-based types (Inward / Outward / Consumable) instead of five legacy ones. Guards register blind; the PO chain reconciles silently.

Enforced QIP

Mandatory quality gate. Pending parts sit in Pending QIP — they can't be sold, moved or seen by sales until inspected.

Multi-Hop Subcontracting

One Work Order, any number of vendors, one PO chain. Virtual transfers move inventory vendor → vendor instantly.

5-State Inventory

In stock · Committed · Pending QIP · At vendor · Rejected. Real-time across every location. Color-coded reorder alerts.

Smart Costing

Weight × material rate + treatment + labor. Active price locking on best supplier quote. Live margin warnings under 8%.

Multi-Entity Accounting

Zoho-style books built in. Parent-child entities, automatic GST, auto-drafted vendor bills on QIP pass.

A closer look

A guided tour of the three modules that change everything.

Module · Work Orders

One Work Order. Any number of vendors.

Treatment, processing, manufacturing or assembly — pick the work order type and PartNexus models the rest. The PO chain stays intact across every vendor.

  • Native multi-hop routing — no broken chains
  • Virtual transfers vendor → vendor (no fake gate passes)
  • Deferred billing — vendors paid on final accepted quantity

Module · Quality

Quality is a gate, not a folder.

Incoming parts sit in Pending QIP. They can't be sold, can't be moved, can't even be seen by sales until they pass. Inspectors log measurements, photos and certificates — all linked to the PO and SO automatically.

  • Part-specific templates (hardness, tolerances, drawings)
  • Digital defect logbook with photo evidence
  • Auto-generated PDF certificates linked to PO + SO

Module · Inventory

Five states, one source of truth.

Every batch lives in exactly one of five states at all times. Warehouse, vendor or supplier — the system always knows where it is, who owns it, and whether it's ready to move.

  • Batch traceability — defective part → exact gate pass + supplier batch
  • Color-coded reorder alerts (red < 20, amber 20–100, green > 100)
  • FIFO batch auto-pick with vendor-compatibility rules

The ping-pong problem

Parts ping-pong. Your ERP should track that.

Every part defines its own route. Simple parts go through two vendors. Complex parts bounce back to the warehouse for inspection between stages. PartNexus models both flows natively.

Every part defines its own route. The simple bracket above stays on the vendor side once it leaves the warehouse. The crankshaft pings back to the warehouse for a quality inspection partway through. PartNexus tracks both flows natively — no fake gate passes, no broken PO chain, no spreadsheet reconciliation.
Vs the alternatives

We've sat on the wrong end of an SAP rollout.

Frequently asked questions

Both options are available. The default is a managed cloud deployment on AWS (Mumbai, ap-south-1) — fastest to live, smallest IT footprint. We also offer self-hosted installs for manufacturers with data-residency requirements; you bring the server, we deploy and maintain.
